We happily allow for exchanges, or will provide store credit, for authorized returns that are initiated within 10 days of purchase. Store credit never expires and can used online or in-store. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for any applicable shipping costs of exchanged items back to them.
If returning an order that we shipped to you, please first call or email us to request an exchange authorization. Once authorized, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs (we recommend you get a tracking number & insurance for the return, as Style Assembly will not be held responsible for lost and/or damaged returns). All items must be returned in their original condition & packaging accompanied by a receipt. All discounted/sale merchandise sales are considered final and can't be exchanged nor returned for store credit. We do not issue refunds and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
